Leap GeeBee Premium Counselling Service - Terms and Conditions
Leap GeeBee ("Leap," "We," or "Us") offers its Premium Counselling Service (the “Service”) to students seeking admission to study abroad. By enrolling in the Premium Counselling Service, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated at any time at our discretion.
1. Eligibility for Premium Counselling Service
The Premium Counselling Service is designed for students who wish to apply to universities abroad. By enrolling, you agree to follow the guidelines and processes outlined by Leap GeeBee. This service includes personalised counselling, guidance in selecting universities, and assistance with applications. Leap will recommend universities based on your profile and qualifications.
2. Service Inclusions
The Premium Counselling Service includes:
- Profile Evaluation: A comprehensive assessment of the user's academic, professional, and extracurricular background to recommend suitable universities.
- University Selection: Based on the profile evaluation, Leap GeeBee will recommend universities that match the user’s qualifications and chances of admission.
- Application Assistance: Assistance with application submissions, including editing personal statements, recommendation letters, and providing guidance on filling out forms.
- Interview Preparation: If necessary, users will receive support in preparing for university interviews.
- Visa Guidance: Post-admission, Leap Geebee will offer guidance on the visa application process.
3. Service Exclusions
- Non-Recommended Applications: If the user applies to universities that Leap does not recommend or that fall outside Leap's partner network, Leap GeeBee will not be responsible for the outcome of the application, and the Admission Guarantee will not be applicable.
- External Costs: Leap Geebee will not cover any costs associated with application fees, testing (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE), visa processing fees, or any other external charges.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date academic, personal, and professional information throughout the counselling process. Any misrepresentation may result in the termination of the service without refund.
- Timely Communication: Users must adhere to timelines and deadlines provided by Leap Geebee for submitting documents and completing applications. Delays in providing required information or documents may impact the outcome of the application process, and Leap will not be held responsible in such cases.
5. Admission Guarantee
Leap GeeBee offers an Admission Guarantee under the Premium Counselling Service, but only under the following conditions:
- Application to Partner Universities: To be eligible for the admission guarantee, the user must file at least four (4) applications to universities that are partners of Leap GeeBee.
- Guaranteed Admission: If the user does not receive admission from any of the four Leap partner universities, the user will be eligible for a refund as per the refund policy outlined below.
- University Selection: Leap will advise users on the universities best suited for their profile. If the user insists on applying to universities not recommended by Leap Geebee, the Admission Guarantee will not apply.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the Admission Guarantee and are subject to the following terms:
- Eligible for Refund: If the user files applications to at least four Leap Geebee partner universities and does not receive an admission offer from any of these universities, they may request a full refund.
- No Refund for Change of Plans: Users are not eligible for a refund if they decide to cancel their plans to study abroad, drop out of the counselling process, or for any other reason unrelated to admissions rejections. Once the service is initiated, no refund will be provided unless under the specific conditions of the Admission Guarantee.
- Non-Partner Applications: If a user chooses to apply to non-partner universities, Leap GeeBee is not responsible for the admission outcome, and the Admission Guarantee will not be applicable. In such cases, no refund will be issued, even if the user does not secure admission.
7. Confidentiality
Leap GeeBee respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All information shared during the counselling process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Leap GeeBee shall not be liable for:
- University Decisions: Leap cannot guarantee admission to any specific university, other than those under the Admission Guarantee scheme. The final decision on admission rests with the university, and Leap will not be held responsible for any rejection or unfavourable decision.
- External Circumstances: Leap is not responsible for delays or failures in the admission process caused by external factors such as visa denials, government regulations, or unforeseen global events.
9. Termination of Service
Leap reserves the right to terminate the Premium Counselling Service at any time if the user violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from the Premium Counselling Service, the user and Leap GeeBee agree to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be submitted to arbitration under Indian law.
These terms and conditions govern your use of Leap GeeBee’s Premium Counselling Service. By enrolling in the service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
